Information we collect

Information you give us: when you use our contact form, email or call us, book a consultation, or request a quote, we receive what you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, property address and details about your project or electric bills.
Information collected automatically: like most websites, our hosting and security providers (GoDaddy and Cloudflare) record basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit. This is used to deliver and protect the website. We do not use Google Analytics or any other visitor-tracking analytics on this website.

How we use your information

We use your information to answer your questions, prepare quotes and system designs, schedule and perform consultations, energy audits and other services, process payments, and keep the business and tax records we are required to keep. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Payments and appointment booking (Square)

Payments and appointment bookings on this site are handled by Square. When you pay or book through Square, Square collects and processes your payment and booking details under its own privacy notice (squareup.com privacy notice). We do not see or store your full card number.

Affiliate and referral links

As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. GreenTechFusion.com is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. Some product links on this site are also eBay Partner Network affiliate links. When you click an affiliate link or view an embedded product widget, Amazon or eBay may set cookies to track the referral, and we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
Our Tesla Solar and Powerwall links are referral links. If you buy through them, we may receive referral credit or rewards from Tesla. Anything you submit on Tesla's website is governed by Tesla's privacy policy, not this one.
The Ko-fi "Support Me" button is provided by Ko-fi. Any support you send is processed by Ko-fi and its payment providers.

Cookies

GreenTechFusion.com does not set its own advertising or tracking cookies. Third-party services used on our pages (Amazon, eBay, Square, Ko-fi, and Cloudflare for security) may set their own cookies when their content loads or when you click their links. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some embedded features, such as booking or payment widgets, may not work without them.

Sharing your information

We share personal information only with the service providers needed to run the business (for example, payment, booking, email and website hosting providers), with equipment suppliers or installers when you ask us to coordinate a project, or when the law requires it.

Data retention and your choices

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, including tax and accounting requirements. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing [email protected] or calling 888.642.0226.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
